Moses Castillo is a retired LAPD Detective II with more than 25 years of specialized experience investigating sex crimes and crimes against children, including some of the most complex and high‑profile cases in Los Angeles. His law‑enforcement career began in 1989 as a reserve police officer, followed by a sworn appointment in 1991, ultimately leading to distinguished service in elite investigative units dedicated to protecting the most vulnerable.

Today, Moses serves as Chief Investigator for Dordulian Law Group and is the Founder & CEO of Moses Castillo Investigations, LLC, where he provides survivor‑centered, trauma‑informed investigative services to victims, families, and attorneys across California. His expertise includes child‑abuse investigations, sexual‑assault cases, missing‑juvenile emergencies, witness interviews, digital and historical research, and media strategy for urgent public‑safety matters.
